WXXI has been named a finalist in the 53rd Annual Public Media Awards from the National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA) for its Move to Include national initiative. Nominated in the Community Engagement category, Move to Include uses the power of public media to promote inclusion. The Public Media Awards celebrate NETA members’ finest work in community engagement, content, education, and marketing/ communications. Award winners will be announced on January 25, 2022.
