Erica Dayton
Executive Director
Erica assumed leadership of the Foundation on June 5, 2023 succeeding Ann Costello. She holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan University, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, both from St. John Fisher University.
Erica has more than 13 years of experience in the non-profit and grant administration. Prior to her promotion, Erica served as Grants Manager for the Golisano Foundation for four years.
Before joining the Foundation in 2019, Erica served for almost 14 years at the University of Rochester in various administrative positions, including Research Administrator and Grant Accountant.
Kaitlin (Graham) McNamara
Managing Director, Southwest Florida Operations and Bailey & Friends
Kaitlin (Graham) McNamara leads the grantmaking process in Southwest Florida that supports services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She also processes grants and maintains relationships with animal welfare organizations in Western New York and Southwest Florida through the Foundation’s Bailey and Friends Fund.
Kaitlin joined the Foundation in 2019 as Program Officer for Bailey and Friends and coordinated the expansion of the B. Thomas Golisano Collection at the RIT Archives.
Prior to her work at the Foundation, Kaitlin was a Speech Language Pathologist in St. Louis, Missouri, and for Happiness House in Canandaigua and Geneva, and for CP Rochester.
Hilary Argentieri
Grant Specialist
Hilary Argentieri will assist in the grant making process that supports services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She also processes grants and maintains relationships with animal welfare organizations through the Foundation’s Bailey and Friends Fund.
Hilary Argentieri joined the Golisano Foundation in August as a Grant Specialist. She recently completed her certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University.
Before joining the Foundation, Hilary was most recently a Charitable Gift Associate for the YMCA of Greater Rochester, as well as an entrepreneur in the field of photography for the past 25 years.
