Kaitlin Graham has been promoted to Managing Director of the Golisano Foundation’s Southwest Florida operations and Bailey & Friends for Southwest Florida and Western New York.
In this new position, Kaitlin will assume leadership of the grantmaking process in Southwest Florida that supports services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She will also continue to process grants and maintain relationships with animal welfare organizations in Western New York and Southwest Florida through the Foundation’s Bailey and Friends Fund.
Kaitlin joined the Foundation in 2019 as Program Officer for the Foundation’s Bailey and Friends Fund. In addition, she has recently led IDD Initiatives and grant-making in Southwest Florida and also coordinated the expansion of the B. Thomas Golisano Collection at the RIT Archives.
Prior to her work at the Foundation, Kaitlin was a Speech Language Pathologist in St. Louis, Missouri, for Therapy Relief and Special School District, and for Happiness House in Canandaigua and Geneva and CP Rochester.
Kaitlin earned a Nonprofit Management Certificate from St. John Fisher University, a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences from Nazareth College of Rochester.
